Andrea Jeremiah
Andrea Maria Jeremiah has worked as an actor or musician as well as playback vocalist in Tamil films as well as Malayalam film. She made her acting debut in the Tamil movie Pachaikili Muthucharam and also made her Malayalam debut in Annayum Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah was raised into the same Anglo-Indian family in Arakkonam the capital of Tamil Nadu.Andrea's father is a lawyer working at the Madras High Court. She has a younger sister living and working in Leuven Belgium, as a Research assistant. Jeremiah is a native of Chennai. in Chennai attended National Public School. He was a graduate of Women's Christian College. Andrea began playing classical piano in her eighth year. At age 10 she was in a group called the Jackson Five Young Stars which formed the foundation of her singing and music composing career. The actress was also a stage artist in her college and performed in a variety of stage plays organised by The Madras Players and EVAM. Andrea was also the Student Senate President at Women's Christian College. Andrea's theatre career began by appearing in the film of Girishkarnad's Nagamandala. She was a part-time actress in a leo commercial along with actor Shiva. Also, she acted as a actor in a Podhigai's TV series. She's performed roles in India. She played a minor role in the Kanda Mudhal final (2005). Following her performance of a song on Gautham Vasudev Menon's film Vettaiyaadu Vilaiya he asked her to play as the main female character in his next project Pachaikili Muthucharam. This film was a film adaptation of the novel by James Siegel Derailed, with Andrea portraying Kalyani a homemaker who's husband is involved in an affair and is targeted by a blackmailer. Andrea was chosen to play Kalyani when Simran Shobana, Tabu and other actresses were approached. The film was released in early 2010. Her minor role was accepted in Venkat's Mankatha in 2011 which starred a number of actors. She made her Malayalam film debut with Rajeeev Rathi's Annayum Rasoolum in 2013.
